About the role:
The Global Quality Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Hach business globally in relation to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Regulatory, and QMS Standard requirements, systems infrastructure, and commercial enablement. This leader will work cross-functionally to implement and sustain Quality Management Systems compliant with FDA and ISO requirements as well as the infrastructure, tools, and training needed to efficially support Quality Systems globally.
This position is part of the Quality & Regulatory Affairs organization located in Loveland, CO and will be on-site day to day.
In this role, you will:
Ensure that sites implement and sustain Quality Management Systems consistent with FDA, ISO, or other standards or commercial requirements, as needed.
Establish and achieve yearly goals and objectives for Strategic Quality to align with Global QARA objectives and overall business objectives.
Utilize Veralto Enterprise System (VES), provide expert level knowledge, perform testing, and support training for continuous improvement for Agile PLM/PC/PQM, ComplianceWire, and Global Customer Says (GCS) business systems.
Support, train, and guide Hach organizations globally on world class Quality Management Systems and tools.
Establish relationships with Commercial teams in all regions globally to ensure routine and bespoke requests for QMS and product information are supported in a timely fashion from necessary functions and sites.
Are you qualified?
You have a Bachelors (or higher) degree in Engineering/Science, preferably in chemical engineering, chemistry and/or technical area (or equivalent experience).
You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a product development, manufacturing, and quality environment including experience in influencing cross-functional teams.
You have experience with FDA and ISO9001/13485 compliant design control, change control, process control and quality system management.
You have demonstrated ability to set and attain goals and initiate action to resolve problems and improve products and processes.
You are able to provide concise executive summaries of quality issues, changes needed or made, results delivered.
The hourly rate or salary range for this role is $93,633-103,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
