Job Description

Now, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO and CFO and help shape what comes next for an iconic American brand.

Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage and optimize complex calendars, ensuring time is aligned with strategic priorities
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, board sessions, investor calls, and offsites
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, decks, and follow-ups for key meetings
  • Screen and prioritize communications and requests with sound judgment
  • Handle confidential information with care and professionalism
  • Provide logistical support for travel, including transportation, lodging, and meals
  • Organize executive team meetings and events
  • Ensure travel and expense reports are processed accurately and on time

Operational and Strategic Support

  • Partner with the CEO and CFO on cross-functional initiatives and special projects
  • Track action items, project milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
  • Assist in preparing executive reports, financial summaries, and presentations

Internal and External Communication

  • Serve as liaison between executives and internal teams, board members, investors, and partners
  • Draft and edit correspondence, ensuring clarity and timeliness
  • Manage sensitive communications with discretion and professionalism

Administrative Excellence

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Support office coordination and internal events as needed
  • Assist with company-wide activities, including all-hands meetings and quarterly business reviews

Skills And Experience

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in a fast-paced or growing organization
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/O365 and related productivity tools
