We are looking for an energetic and motivated Event Management Trainee to join our fast-paced marketing and promotions team. This is a hands-on, entry-level role designed for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities within the event management industry.
As an Event Management Trainee, you’ll work alongside our senior event managers to help plan, coordinate, and execute live promotional events on behalf of our clients. You’ll gain experience in event setup, customer engagement, team coordination, and campaign execution while receiving personalized training and mentorship.
Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, fundraisers, and community outreach activities
Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics to ensure smooth execution
Engage with event attendees, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service
Represent partner brands professionally at all times
Track event performance, gather customer feedback, and report insights to leadership
Collaborate with team members to meet event goals and deliver outstanding results
Learn and apply leadership skills with the opportunity to train and mentor new team members
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Prior event experience is a plus but not required — full paid training is provided
