This role requires a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior role Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top talent Strong understanding of ECC's business and industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets Experience using recruitment software and tools Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
