We combine hospitality, design, and smart technology to make office meals something people truly look forward to. Now, we’re looking for a hands-on, data-obsessed growth leader to help us scale.
You’ll own and operate every part of our digital acquisition funnel — strategy, execution, analytics, and optimization — with the goal of driving tastings, pipeline, and new customer growth. This is not a people-management role. You’ll collaborate with world-class partners (content, design, sales, ops) and you’ll personally design, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end. You’ll report directly to the VP Growth (US) and play a critical role in shaping how FELFEL grows in the U.S.

In 2024 FELFEL launched as an innovative foodtech pioneer in the US. The company now serves around 1,000 locations in Switzerland and New York and employs around 150 employees in total.
