Summary Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Center Director to lead our educational program and oversee the daily operations of our child care facility. The ideal candidate will be commited to fostering a nurturing and engaging environment for children. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to educate both staff and students, and a deep understanding of child development principles.
Duties Responsibilities - Oversee the daily operations of the child care facility, ensuring compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members, providing ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning and development.
- Maintain accurate records related to student enrollment, attendance, and assessments.
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the sustainability of the program.
- Help Enrollment at the Capacity.
Requirements Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree Required - A degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working with students in an educational setting is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to create a supportive atmosphere that fosters learning and growth for both children and staff members.
