Description Job Summary We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our team by managing, entering, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity, supporting departmental operations, and enabling informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities + Accurately enter data from various sources into company databases and software + Review and verify information for completeness and accuracy + Maintain, update, and organize electronic and paper files + Assist with data cleanup and quality assurance projects + Communicate with team members for clarification and follow-up on missing/incomplete data + Perform routine administrative duties such as scanning, copying, and filing as required + Maintain confidentiality and security of all data Requirements Skills and Qualifications + 1+ years of experience in data entry, office administration, or similar roles + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software + Fast and accurate typing skills + Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities + Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines Ready to move your career forward?
