Key Objectives

• Accurately input and update data related to inventory, sales, and production.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into company databases and software systems with high accuracy.
  
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correcting errors.
  
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records as required.
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data requirements are met on time.
  
• Assist in generating reports and summaries when needed.
  
• Identify and escalate any discrepancies or issues in data promptly.
  
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and security.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  
• Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
