About the Role
In this position, you’ll engage directly with community members at live events, outreach sites, and partner locations. Your goal is to create a positive donor experience by answering questions, sharing campaign information, and helping supporters get involved. No previous experience is required — we provide paid training , ongoing support, and a full benefits package .
Key Responsibilities
Interact with potential donors at events and outreach locations in a friendly, professional manner
Communicate program goals, partner missions, and campaign details clearly and confidently
Answer questions, address concerns, and guide supporters through the donation process
Represent our nonprofit partners with integrity and enthusiasm
Assist with daily event setups, breakdowns, and brief reporting
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure donors feel informed and appreciated
