Are you a seasoned financial professional with a passion for the food industry and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central? Our client, a leading food manufacturer and distributor, is seeking a Controller to lead their finance operations and drive strategic growth.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all accounting operations including AR/AP, GL, payroll, and financial reporting
* Manage month-end and year-end close processes
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal controls
* Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and executive leadership
* Optimize ERP workflows and reporting using Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central

✅ Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader in the food industry
* Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central
* Strong understanding of inventory costing, production accounting, and food safety compliance
* CPA or CMA preferred
* Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
