This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and experienced finance professional ready to lead a small accounting team and drive financial excellence within a dynamic, high-performing organization that values precision, transparency, and operational reliability.

About the Role:

As Controller, you'll serve as the financial leader responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight across all accounting operations. You'll manage 1-2 direct reports while partnering with executive leadership to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth within a professional and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead all accounting operations including general ledger management, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end close processes
• Oversee and mentor a small accounting team (1-2 direct reports), fostering professional development and operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting processes, and variance analysis
• Direct accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing operations to optimize working capital
• Coordinate and lead audit preparations with external auditors and tax professionals
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Partner with cross-functional leadership teams to provide financial insights and strategic guidance
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate financial records and documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Leadership Experience: 5+ years in progressive accounting roles with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or management capacity
• Technical Excellence: Advanced proficiency in Sage software
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Results-Driven: Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving continuous improvement in fast-paced environments
