Student Success Manager (SSM) Compensation: $5,000–$7,000/month (DOE) Portfolio: Up to 100 active students About GO! Coaching GO! About the Role The Student Success Manager (SSM) is a front-line driver of retention, accountability, and growth. This is a sales-minded and performance-driven role responsible for ensuring every student in your portfolio is engaged, active, and winning. SSMs combine strategic insight with tough-love accountability. You’ll challenge students to rise to their commitments, remove excuses, and keep them plugged into the GO! system of success. Your success is measured by theirs—through retention, engagement, and production growth across your assigned book of business. Responsibilities: • Own a Portfolio: Manage up to 100 students, each in a different stage of the coaching journey. • Drive Retention: Proactively eliminate disengagement through strategic check-ins, re-enrollment conversations, and performance tracking. • Lead with Accountability: Hold live 1:1 calls with every student (approx. every three weeks), reviewing engagement, production behavior, and follow-through. • Drive Delivery & Execution: Address hesitation or drift quickly; keep students focused on follow-through, consistency, and delivering on the commitments that move their business forward. • Reinforce Commitments: Continually reconnect students to their original goals and the “why” behind their investment in coaching. • Strategic Oversight: Identify patterns, obstacles, and missed opportunities; guide students toward resources, systems, or adjustments to improve outcomes. • Collaborate Cross-Team: Partner with coaches, leadership, and operations to strengthen retention systems and the overall student experience. Qualifications: What You Bring • Experience in  sales, account management, or business coaching (mortgage or coaching background is ideal). • Strong communication and persuasion skills—comfortable holding firm, confident conversations that drive accountability. • Strategic thinker with emotional intelligence—you know when to challenge and when to champion. • Excellent organization and time management—you can track 100 moving relationships without dropping a ball. • Passion for growth—you’re motivated by helping others win and by your own performance metrics.
