About Us:
We are a chiropractic practice dedicated to providing corrective, non‑invasive care to help patients heal naturally, reduce pain, and improve their wellness.

We use a range of techniques such as Activator, Diversified, spinal decompression, and cold laser therapy, and our team works collaboratively to deliver high‑quality care.


We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front/Back Office Assistant who shares our “people-first” philosophy and will help ensure every patient feels welcomed, informed, and supported from arrival to post‑visit care.


Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage the front desk.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and maintain patient records.
• Assist the chiropractor with basic patient care and back-office tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office and treatment areas.
• Perform administrative duties.
• Support overall office efficiency by managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Will assist with some Patient care.

 
Requirements & Desired Skills:

• Previous front/back office or administrative experience (healthcare or chiropractic preferred).
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.

• $16 – $18 per hour (based on experience).
