We are currently seeking a Business Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Description

Translates business needs into clear, testable requirements and supports end-to-end solution delivery from discovery to adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping.
• Elicit and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
• Define as-is/to-be processes and support backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Partner with UX, engineering, and QA to ensure traceability and quality.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-offs; manage change impacts.
• Produce BRDs, FRDs, data dictionaries, and release notes as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree; CBAP/PSM/PO certifications preferred.
• Requirements engineering, stakeholder management, BDD-ready story writing.

Experience

5–8+ years as a BA across CRM/API/data or similar domains.
