Entrepreneur Connect Inc. is expanding! We are a dynamic DDS-approved day program dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to grow, work, learn, and shine in their communities. We provide group day supports, 1:1 services, transportation, and micro-enterprise development—and we are ready to elevate our clinical care by welcoming a compassionate, skilled BCBA to our team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality behavioral services across our day program. The ideal candidate is collaborative, person-centered, and passionate about helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and oversight to staff implementing plans.
• Monitor data collection, analyze trends, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with families, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in program development to enhance quality, safety, and client outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with DDS regulations, best practices, and ethical standards.
• Support crisis intervention planning and staff preparedness.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification (required).
• Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.
• Knowledge of DDS regulations (or willingness to learn quickly) with DDS oversight

Pay: $68,148.45 - $82,071.26 per year
