**About Us:**
The Meeting Spot is a vibrant restaurant and bar focused on great food, craft cocktails, and exceptional service. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated **Barback** to support our bartending team and help maintain an efficient, energetic environment behind the bar.

**Responsibilities:**

* Restock and organize bar supplies (liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, garnishes, etc.)
* Assist bartenders during service to ensure quick, smooth operations
* Maintain cleanliness behind the bar and in storage areas
* Change kegs and CO₂ tanks safely and efficiently
* Remove trash and recyclables throughout the shift
* Assist with closing and setup duties before and after shifts
* Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards

**Qualifications:**

* Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred but not required
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
* Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods
* Must be 21+ and have (or be willing to obtain) valid **RBS certification** and **Food Handler’s Card**
