Barback Job Duties:

• Ensure bar supplies are stocked and available as back up
• Assist in restocking bar supplies including beverages and garnishes
• Change kegs as necessary
• Clean and pick up empty glasses/bottles from tables and surrounding areas
• Wipe down tables and bar tops
• Re-stock garnishes and mixes
• Ensure glassware is clean and available
• Re-stock ice when needed
• Run food items to the bar as needed
• Empty trash in and around the bar area
• Maintain clean rags in each bartender’s station

Schedule:

• 6-8 hour shift
• Part time position
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types: * Tips Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
