As a Skiptown Bather, you'll bring our Bath & Towel-Dry Membership services to life.

You'll be trusted to safely and skillfully bathe pups of all sizes, deliver clean, consistent results, and keep every tail wagging. With training provided through our Bather Onboarding Program , you'll gain the knowledge and confidence to grow your skills, and maybe even your career, in Skiptown's grooming world.

What You'll Do:

● Perform bath-and-towel-dry services for pups of all breeds and sizes
● Complete Skiptown's wellness check for each bath (Skin, Coat, Ears, Nails, Teeth)
● Brush, wash, and towel dry dogs using Skiptown-approved techniques and products
● Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bathing area that meets our sanitation standards
● Safely handle dogs using calm, positive body language and proper restraint techniques
● Communicate effectively with Groomers, Pet Care, and Support teams to ensure smooth service flow
● Record notes and wellness observations in the client system
● Sanitize tools and equipment thoroughly between each pup
● Support your teammates by jumping in wherever help is needed

Musts & Physical Requirements:

● Ability to stand, walk, and move for 8–10 hours per shift
● Comfortable lifting and handling dogs up to 50 lbs
● Comfortable working in wet, loud, high-energy environments
● Willingness to work with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
● Weekend and holiday availability
