Specific Skills Required

• Ability to establish priorities and work independently
• Effective problem-solving skills for customer and employee issues
• Proficient in using computers and software (Word/Excel)
• Ability to handle stress in high-volume operations

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees
• Provide on-the-job training for new team members
• Ensure fast, accurate sandwich preparation and world-class customer service
• Assist with daily food preparation and maintain restaurant efficiency
• Complete opening and closing procedures while maintaining cash drawer integrity
• Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks

Requirements:

• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Meet age and experience criteria
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly
• Mobility in walk-in refrigerator and freezer
